MLG parents and guardians:
Are you interested in volunteering or attending events during the school day?
The next volunteer training will be on January 14th at 9:00 am.
Why should you get trained?
• Volunteer for school related events
• Attend classroom activities during the school day (this includes field day)
• Attend fieldtrips
• Attend club functions
What do you need to do?
• Attend volunteer training
• Submit your free background check to the Board of Education (Background checks are done at one of our local law enforcement agencies and the family member will drop off the completed report at the BOE.)
We apologize if there was any confusion but you must be on the list approved by the Board of Education to volunteer or attend classroom activities, fieldtrips, and club functions. The free background check is required to complete the process. This process must be completed every school year.

MLG 4th and 5th grade students had the opportunity to audition for speaking parts in our upcoming performance of Jingle Bell Jukebox: The Flip Side. These students have been practicing their parts every week after school with Mrs. Pratt.
All grade levels are able to come and perform, as they have been practicing during their art/music specials every week. The performance is on Thursday, 12/19. K-2 will perform at 5 pm, and 3-5 will perform at 5:30. Remember to RSVP if your student plans to perform.
We hope to see you there!
